About Me

Hi, I'm Mercedes! I'm an author and photographer in Nova Scotia, Canada. I first started my photography journey in 2014, not knowing that it would become such a big part of my life. I owe that and so much more to Jazzy, my German Shepherd I got when I was nineteen. She saved me in so many ways and helped me grow to be the person I am now, the kind of person that my dog now, Izzy, needs. Besides photography and spending as much time with my dog as I can, I enjoy caring for 100+ houseplants, reading, and spending time outdoors.
